Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Coin Flip ++ app (the "Application") for mobile devices created by Brandon Brodsky (the "Service Provider"). This service is provided as a commercial app and is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application collect?

The Application does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, messages, or other personal content. Some information may be collected by third-party services used in the Application for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and app functionality.

The Application may collect or transmit the following types of data:

How is the information used?

Information may be used to:

Analytics opt-in and opt-out

The Application uses Firebase/Google Analytics only after you choose to share usage analytics. On first launch after analytics is introduced, the Application presents a privacy prompt explaining the data collected for analytics. If you select "Not Now," analytics remains disabled. If you select "Share Analytics," analytics collection is enabled.

You can change this choice later in the Application's Options screen by turning "Share Usage Analytics" on or off. If analytics is disabled, the Application does not intentionally send custom analytics events such as coin flip outcomes or generated random numbers.

Advertising

The Application uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may collect data such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, product interactions, crash data, and performance data for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and related purposes.

Location information

The Application does not request or collect precise real-time location from your device. Third-party services may infer approximate location from network information such as IP address.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The Service Provider does not receive or store your payment card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials. The Application may store purchase entitlement status, such as whether Pro is unlocked, so that purchased features work correctly.

iCloud and device storage

The Application may store preferences and history, such as coin flip totals, recent flips, random number history, and settings, on your device. If iCloud syncing is available and enabled for your Apple account, Apple may sync some app data across your devices. The Service Provider does not operate a separate account system for this data.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information?

Yes. The Application uses third-party services that may collect, process, or receive information as described in this policy. These services include:

These third-party services process data according to their own privacy practices and policies.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can disable Firebase/Google Analytics events in the Application's Options screen by turning off "Share Usage Analytics." You may also limit ad personalization and tracking through iOS privacy settings, including Apple App Tracking Transparency controls where available. You can stop all future collection by uninstalling the Application.

Children

The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at support@brodskyb.dev so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider cares about safeguarding information associated with the Application. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Third-party services used by the Application are responsible for protecting the data they process under their own policies and security practices.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-06-02.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where the Application presents an analytics choice, Firebase/Google Analytics is enabled only if you choose to share usage analytics.

If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at support@brodskyb.dev.
